TRAINING

U6:  Indoor training for U6’s takes place on a Saturday morning from
10am to 11am.  All newcomers are welcome.
U10: Indoor training for U10’s resumes in the hall, Monroe this coming
Friday 28th January at 8pm.  Please bring Hurley, helmet and €2.  We
will be hosting some indoor matches for the players over the coming
weeks as well as running an indoor league.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Our Juvenile AGM took place last Friday night.   Chairman: Seamus
Norris, Secretary: Eileen Boland & Finbarr Phelan, Treasurer:  Frank
Burke, P.R.O: Jean O’Connor. Our Senior AGM took place on Sunday
afternoon last.  We a great attendance on the day of over 70, it was
fantastic to see.  With both Chairman & Treasurer  not seeking
re-election, there was  a few jobs up for grabs.  All at the meeting
complemented both Pat Fahey and William Burke on the work they have
done for the club over the pass few years.  The following are the
Officer for 2010: Chairman: Declan McGrath, Secretary, Michael Boland,
Treasurer: Frank Burke & P.R.O: Jean O’Connor.  Best of luck to all
officer for the upcoming year.

Diner Dance

Our Annual Diner Dance is taking place on Sat 5th Feb in Hotel
Minella. The meal will be followed by Our Senior Footballers,
Intermediate Hurlers, Junior B Hurlers, and both Junior Ladies
Football Teams will be receiving their 2010 medals. Then music will be
provided by Golden Sound which will be followed by Disco. All are

SYMPATHIES

The Sympathies of the Club go to PJ O Halloran, Margaret Browne and
Families on the recent death of  Their Uncle,  James O Halloran.  Also
to Ethan Ahearne and family on the death of his Grandmother.

CAMOGIE

The following officers were elected to serve for 2011.Club Officers;
President Claire Lonergan. Chairperson Olivia Shanahan,, Vice
Chairpersons Andrew Dowling, Helen Breen, Secretary Karen Fitzgerald,
Treasurer Antoinette Delahunty, PRO Paudie Everard, Registrar Sinead
Hickey. Player welfare Marion power. The 2010 Camogie events were
presented in booklet form which is a lovely record for the future. The
chairperson Olivia thanked all those who helped with Camogie during
the year and appealed for help and support for the forthcoming season.
The following team mangers were appointed.U/16.Olivia Shanahan, U/14
Andrew Dowling. u/12 Mairead Dowling. U10& U/8 Helen breen & Karen
Fitzgerald. The club will have a bag pack in Dunnes on February 11th
and 12th.The club will hold a registration morning on Saturday
February 19th.
