On a sunny saturday evening last our minors took on Kilsheelan in the
South championship.  It was a very competition tough game of football
between these two sides, and it was michael Delahunty goal that gave
us the lead going in at half time.  In the second half despite
kilsheelan getting on top on various occasion, our Moyle Rovers boys
defeatinately proved the old saying "goals win matches". Two more
fantastic goals from Craig Condon, along with numerous points from
Philip quirke throughout both halves added to Moyle Rovers victory on
a scoreline Moyle Rovers 3-9 Kilsheelan 0-13

U 10 Camogie
Our team participated in the U 10 camogie Blitz organised by St.
Mary's at Raheen Road. We fielded two teams who displayed with
confidence their fine camogie skills. With the go-games system, all
the girls get to play in every position in the field during the games
against Windgap and St Mary's. The girls who were able to make it on
the day were Carmen Sorohan, Megan Eastwood, Fatima Sorohan, Sarah O
Connor, Orla Breen, Leah Mc Garry, Makayalah O Donnell, Yasmin Quirke,
Eimear Mc Keown, Sophie Delaney, Tara Mc Grath, Orla Ryan, Clare O
Dwyer and making her debut was Nicole Delaney. Well done to all the
girls. An enjoyable day was had by all and we thank St. Mary's for
their kind invite and the refreshments afterwards.
As it is Good Friday, there will be no training this week so we will
see you all at 6 o'clock in Purcell's field on Friday April 22nd. It
